“Daley” is seeking candidates for an entry-level Recruiting Associate position located in our downtown Boston, MA headquarters. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and ambitious professional looking to gain “end to end” recruiting and account management experience. Our team of recruiters are high-energy and goal-oriented professionals eager to provide would-class staffing services to our clients.
All of our employees are put through a robust staffing training program, including but not limited to: candidate sourcing strategies, business development, & account management best practices. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-5+ years of customers services / sales experience
- Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
- Well versed in social media and technology applications
- High-energy and Self-directed
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to make a daily outbound sale and recruiting calls
- Willingness to meet with clients and candidates daily.
