This is not a transactional recruiting role.
This is not a volume-based resume-pushing job.
This is not a role for someone who needs heavy direction or loose accountability.
This role is for a senior recruiter who thrives in high-expectation environments, owns outcomes end-to-end, and knows how to build and convert pipelines for senior and executive-level roles.
You will report directly to the Vice President of People Operations and operate as a strategic hiring partner, not a service desk.
The Mandate
Bidgely is entering a growth phase that requires precision hiring, not brute force. Senior leaders matter. Execution quality matters. Time-to-fill matters.
Your mandate is simple and demanding:
Build and deliver high-quality senior and executive talent pipelines in a complex, regulated, enterprise environment and do it with speed, rigor, and accountability.
What You Will Own
Senior & Executive Recruiting
Own full-cycle recruiting for senior individual contributor, director, VP, and executive roles
Drive search strategy, sourcing, screening, and close, not just coordination
Partner directly with executive hiring managers and founders
Run structured, high-signal interviews aligned to real job demands
Heavy Sourcing & Pipeline Strategy
Proactively source talent for hard-to-fill, senior roles
Build and maintain strong candidate benches, not just reactive pipelines
Demonstrate consistent conversion from sourced outreach interview hire
Adjust sourcing strategies based on data, not anecdotes
Signal Quality & Assessment
Deliver quality slates, not volume
Use structured screening rubrics and live reasoning assessments to evaluate judgment, not polish
Identify false positives early and course-correct quickly
Push back on vague or mis-scoped roles with data and clarity
Accountability & Operating Rigor
Own time-to-fill, pipeline health, and conversion metrics
Maintain accurate, executive-ready recruiting dashboards
Surface risks early and propose solutions; no surprises
Operate cleanly inside ATS workflows and hiring processes
Who This Role Is For
This role is for a recruiter who:
Has demonstrated success hiring senior and executive-level talent
Can show real data on prior recruiting outcomes (time-to-fill, close rates, sourcing yield)
Is strongest in direct sourcing, not dependency on inbound applicants
Has operated in complex, enterprise, or regulated environments
Is comfortable working directly with executives and holding high standards
Thinks in systems, not just requisitions
Is accountable for outcomes, not activity
Uses AI and automation natively as part of their recruiting workflow, not as a crutch
What This Role Is Not
Not a coordinator role
Not a junior recruiter learning the craft
Not a “post and pray” job
Not a resume-forwarding function
Not a role for someone who avoids data, feedback, or ownership
What We're Looking For
5+ years of in-house recruiting experience, with demonstrated ownership of senior individual contributor, Director, VP, and executive searches
Proven success leading full-cycle searches from intake through close, not just supporting them
Strong outbound sourcing capability, with a track record of filling senior roles through direct sourcing, referrals, and targeted search strategies
Data fluency, including the ability to use recruiting metrics to diagnose pipeline issues and adjust strategy in real time
Experience partnering directly with senior leaders in fast-moving, high-accountability environments
Comfort operating within structured hiring processes, ATS workflows, and executive-ready reporting
Ability to navigate ambiguity during periods of organizational change without losing rigor or momentum
Clear, direct communicator with strong judgment and a high bar for candidate and stakeholder experience
Why Bidgely

You will:
Work directly with senior leadership
Influence hiring decisions that materially impact the business
Operate in an environment that values clarity, rigor, and execution
Be trusted with real responsibility and held to real standards
