Description

• Support development of biologic product portfolio
* Update and create test procedures
* Expand product portfolio through new research
* Support product transfers and process improvements
* Design and validate biologic manufacturing steps
* Perform analytical testing across multiple disciplines
* Conduct routine assays, histology, mechanical tests
* Research new biologic product opportunities

Profile

A successful Senior R&D Engineer should have:

• BS/MS in Biomedical, Bio, or Chemical Engineering
* 5-7 years R&D experience in biologics or biomaterials
* Regenerative medicine biomaterials experience
* Strong chemistry/biology knowledge
* Skilled in experimental design and data analysis
* Creative problem solver for complex biologics
* Knowledge of analytical and bioanalytical methods
