Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. This role involves managing and supporting various work streams within a program to ensure strategic goals are met. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment, interacting with senior stakeholders and driving projects to completion with minimal oversight.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in managing finance work streams for acquisitions
• Proven track record in delivering major projects and managing change initiatives
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• PMP certification
• Experience in larger, complex organizations
• Strong leadership mindset and executive presence
• Ability to quickly learn and confidently ask questions

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage and support various work streams across regions or functions
• Communicate project activities to key management and team members
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects and programs
• Utilize project implementation documentation and toolkits
• Escalate risks and impacts to management and facilitate problem-solving
• Create strategic documents such as project business cases and communication plans
• Ensure project controls and compliance are adhered to and proactively resolve issues
