What you’ll need to succeed as a Senior Project Manager, Revenue Management at XPO

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, related work, or military experience
  • 2 years of experience in project management with a background in revenue management, finance, and/or pricing
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, MS Project)

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience as Project/Program Manager
  • Available to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Experience in TMS trucking software and telematics
  • 2 years of experience in transportation and logistics
  • Proficient in data analytics and reporting and ability to use Power BI

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Provide leadership and focus, managing multiple projects with identifiable critical paths, task dependencies, risk/issue mitigation processes and major milestones
  • Work with business leaders to identify and scope areas of opportunity to create and implement process improvements
  • Support the sales process, specifically the key business development stakeholders on prospect presentations, data gathering and solution design
  • Contribute to the development of best practices for XPO implementation processes in compliance with quality standards
  • Apply project management expertise and individual technical and professional knowledge to ensure the quality products and project deliverables are of the highest quality, meet the agreed-upon timeline and the contractual scope
  • Drive customer onboarding and implementation for new business and navigate internal operations
