Senior Project Manager

Our Client, an EV Manufacturing company, is looking for a Senior Project Manager for their Palo Alto, CA/Remote location.
Responsibilities:
- Program Ownership: Lead end-to-end program lifecycles, from initial concept and scope definition to implementation and post-launch evaluation.
- SAP & Enterprise Implementation: Develop and manage comprehensive program plans for large-scale systems like SAP, ensuring all stakeholder requirements are met and risks are mitigated.
- Agile Leadership: Drive Scaled Agile Project Management by overseeing multiple scrum teams, handling Scrum of Scrums (SoS), and facilitating sprint planning and execution.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Engage with executives and department heads while overseeing relationships with third-party implementation partners to ensure delivery against agreed terms.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Build custom dashboards in tools like Jira to track project health and metrics.
- Financial & Resource Planning: Manage project budgets, monitor milestones, and conduct meticulous capacity planning and velocity analysis to maintain team dynamics.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities at the enterprise level to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in project or program management, with significant experience in large-scale digital transformations.
- Methodologies: Expert knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks.
- Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) required.
- Technical Proficiency: Management Tools: Jira, Smartsheets, Lucidcharts, Confluence, and ServiceNow (SNOW).
- Data & Analytics: SQL, Tableau, and basic familiarity with Big Data technologies (Spark, Scala, Python, Hadoop).
- ERP/IT: Deep familiarity with SAP implementation and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Education: MBA or equivalent Master’s degree preferred (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction or Marketing Management).
