Senior Project Manager

Our client, a leading construction management and general contracting firm, is seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager to lead building remodels and new construction projects in the Lexington area. This role offers the opportunity to manage multiple commercial projects, drive operational excellence, and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or 15+ years equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of project management experience in commercial construction
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction software (Procore, ComputerEase, Sage)
• Solid leadership and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel as needed
• OSHA 30 preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all construction activities and coordinate schedules with project teams
• Develop cost-effective strategies and ensure compliance with plans and specifications
• Manage budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and documentation
• Maintain strong client relationships and lead onsite meetings
• Enforce safety standards and monitor compliance
