Job Summary: The Senior Project Manager supports strategic programs within the Advanced Optics division by leading technical teams and managing end-to-end project execution. This role is responsible for defining program strategies, managing resources, budgets, and timelines, and ensuring successful delivery aligned with customer requirements and business objectives. The position also focuses on driving innovation, maintaining stakeholder engagement, and optimizing program value throughout its lifecycle.\n\nResponsibilities:\nLead and manage technical programs from initiation through delivery^Define and execute project plans including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation^Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to meet program objectives^Monitor program progress and adjust strategies based on changing requirements^Manage program scope, risks, and overall value proposition^Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and engagement^Communicate program status, risks, and updates to leadership and stakeholders^Build and manage business cases including financial implications (P&L, ROI)^Identify opportunities to improve commercial, technical, and manufacturing outcomes^Oversee product testing and validation to ensure requirements are met^Protect intellectual property and ensure strategic control^Utilize structured processes (e.g., Tollgate) to guide program execution
