Job Details
Position Overview
The Project Manager (PM) leads full lifecycle project delivery—from preconstruction through turnover—with full accountability for safety, schedule, quality, and financial performance. This role serves as the central point of coordination between owners, design partners, and field teams and is responsible for driving clarity, alignment, and execution throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities
1. Preconstruction
Support project pursuit, early planning, and stakeholder alignment.
Partner with estimating and design partners to confirm scope, budget, and schedule.
Lead subcontractor outreach, pricing confirmation, and buyout strategy.
2. Project Planning & Execution
Develop and execute Project Success Plans.
Collaborate with superintendents on logistics, sequencing, and risk mitigation.
Lead kickoff meetings and internal risk reviews.
Maintain ownership of coordination between owners, designers, and field teams.
3. Schedule Management
Build and update detailed project schedules.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and adjust plans proactively.
Partner with subcontractors to ensure timely performance.
4. Contract & Risk Management
Manage owner contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements.
Monitor compliance with contractual, safety, and quality requirements.
Lead change management, RFIs, submittals, and dispute resolution.
5. Financial Management
Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and reporting.
Oversee change events, documentation, pricing, and negotiations.
Support revenue recognition and contribute to financial health reviews.
