We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Design or Architectural Project Manager to lead corporate workplace interior projects from concept through completion. About the Role: The Senior Project Manager will oversee the planning, design coordination, documentation, and execution of corporate workplace interiors. You will serve as the central point of communication among clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget, and aligned with design intent.

This role requires both strong technical fluency and confident client-facing communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead corporate workplace interior projects from programming through installation
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors
  • Develop and review drawing sets and technical documentation (AutoCAD-based)
  • Oversee furniture, finishes, and material specifications
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues
  • Conduct site visits and participate in construction administration
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to design standards
  • Mentor junior designers and support team collaboration

Qualifications
  • Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
  • 5+ years of experience in interior design or architectural project management, with corporate workplace design experience
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Demonstrated experience managing project budgets and schedules
  • Experience working directly with corporate workplace clients
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
