Job Details

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing all aspects of construction project management, from planning to implementation.
2. Leading a project team and ensuring all team members are working effectively and efficiently towards project goals.
3. Reviewing and analyzing cost estimates to ensure they align with project budgets and financial goals.
4. Collaborating with various departments and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
5. Managing project risks and issues, and implementing mitigation measures when necessary.
6. Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
7. Preparing and presenting project updates and progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
8. Implementing and managing project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field.
2. Senior PM with Hospitality or Resort experience
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the Construction industry.
4. Proven experience in construction management and review of cost estimates.
5. Demonstrated ability to lead a project team and manage complex projects.
6. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying potential issues and implementing effective solutions.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
9. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
