Job Details

Responsibilities
  • Manage one or multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, cost reporting, billing, and cash flow
  • Lead client, consultant, and subcontractor relationships
  • Ensure contract compliance, constructability review, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with Superintendents to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Manage subcontractor performance and resolve issues
  • Mentor and develop project team members
  • Participate in proposals, presentations, and business development efforts

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience
  • 3–5+ years of project management experience with increasing responsibility
  • Strong knowledge of construction operations, cost controls, scheduling, and contracts
  • Proficiency with MS Office and project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, CMiC, Timberline)

Compensation
  • Salary Range: $180,000–$220,000 (based on experience)
