Summary:

- This role combines business development and high-level project management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple commercial flooring projects from award to closeout.
- Maintain and grow key client accounts.
- Generate $3–5M in annual revenue through new and existing relationships.
- Oversee bids, pricing, budgets, and profitability.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Lead contract negotiations and maintain strong client communication.
Requirements:
- 8–10 years of commercial flooring or related construction PM experience.
