Responsibilities:
This role is onsite 4 days a week and can be located out of the site options listed below. When not onsite, we would require 35%+ domestic travel.

Position Responsibilities:  

  • The Senior Project Manager champions the project management process for assigned capital expenditure projects with project constituents to define project needs and goals, developing scopes of work and requests for proposals  
  • This role will review and evaluate project schedule and contract compliance, coordinating project completion and turnover with vendors and operations 
  • You will develop facility standards for equipment, systems, or services based on operational needs as well as provide templates for design, construction, and maintenance of physical assets, including HVAC and refrigeration systems 
  • The Senior Project Manager will prioritize capital expenditures on a yearly and five-year forecasted basis while monitoring operations and budget, recommending changes as necessary 
  • Additionally, you will audit process for compliance and procedures, coordinating company’s environment, health, and safety programs as required 
  • Other duties as assigned 
Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 6 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 9 plus years of specific experience  

Preferred Education and Experience: 

  • Master’s Degree
