Senior Project Engineer (On-site)

HEPCO Inc. is seeking Senior Project Engineers to support large-scale airport infrastructure projects, including AirTrain-related work. This is a leadership role responsible for driving projects from initiation through completion while ensuring compliance with all engineering standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.
- Lead project execution from initiation through closeout
- Oversee large-scale infrastructure projects, including AirTrain-related work
- Ensure compliance with engineering codes, safety standards, and project specifications
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and overall deliverables
- Coordinate with contractors, stakeholders, and internal project teams
- Monitor project performance and address risks or issues as they arise
- Oversee reporting, documentation, and project tracking
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 10+ years of experience on large-scale infrastructure projects ($100M+)
- Proven leadership experience managing complex projects and teams
- Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling, and budgeting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, and Primavera P6

Pay Range: $62.50 - $81.73 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
