Senior Project Architect - Charlotte, NC

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Architect to join our dynamic team in Charlotte. As a Senior Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading architectural projects from conception through to completion, ensuring high-quality design and adherence to project timelines and budgets.

• Lead and manage commercial architectural projects, including design development, construction documentation, and construction administration
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
• Mentor and guide junior staff in architectural design and project management
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction is in compliance with design specifications and regulations
• Stay current with industry trends, codes, and best practices in architecture

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial architectural design and project management, a strong portfolio demonstrating successful project delivery, and excellent communication and leadership skills. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture and a valid architect license are required.
