Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000
Our client, a growing organization in the Itasca area, is seeking a Senior Project Accountant to support complex project accounting functions. This hybrid role offers strong visibility and ownership over project financials.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle project accounting for multiple active projects
- Prepare and review lien waivers and ensure compliance with contractual requirements
- Support project billing, revenue recognition, and cost tracking
- Partner with project managers to monitor budgets and financial performance
- Assist with month-end close related to project accounting
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project accounting experience
- Strong experience with lien waivers
- Solid understanding of job cost accounting and project billing
- Advanced Excel skills preferred
