Senior Program Manager I, Cloud Space

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role with direct commercial impact, such as enterprise business, technical business, business development, or value consulting.
- 5 years of experience in an enterprise or business role, responsible for the full business cycle.
- Ability to work in person at the Cloud Space 3-5 days per week.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in a quota-carrying role or equivalent experience driving measurable business growth.
- Experience with digital transformation projects.
- Experience presenting to and facilitating conversations with C-Level enterprise customers with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in consultative or value-based promoting methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud economics and the ability to articulate the business value and return on investment of technology investments.

As a Program Manager, you will be a key leader and driver in this mission, acting as the nexus of business strategy, technology conversion, and direct business acceleration. You will be translating the latest technology trends particularly in generative AI, LLMs, and other AI solutions into compelling business cases, impactful narratives and clear pathways to commercial relationships that resonate with C-level buyers. You will consult and collaborate with account teams and cross-functional leaders to craft and facilitate curated executive engagements that are directly tied to influencing strategic agreements and driving business.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Influence strategic agreements by collaborating with business teams to inspire C-level decision makers, address commercial challenges, and demonstrate clear business value and ROI of Google Cloud solutions.
- Lead engaging conversations, technical discussions, and interactive workshops in our Cloud Spaces, focusing on solving critical customer business problems and driving a commercial outcome.
- Shape the strategic narrative for our global customer-facing spaces, transforming technical concepts into compelling, business-oriented value propositions and C-level content that support business objectives.
- Serve as a technology converter to connect Google Cloud solutions (genAI) to customer return on investment. Collaborate on and facilitate the design of custom demos for top accounts, building the case for investment.
- Lead partnerships with business, Engineering, Industries, and other cross-functional teams to drive development of compelling customer agendas that are tightly aligned with account plans and business goals.
