Kforce has a client in Charlotte, NC that is seeking a Senior Program Manager. Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale infrastructure programs aligned to business goals, timelines, and budgets
  • Manage cross-functional teams using Scrum and hybrid agile methodologies
  • Oversee program backlogs, sprint planning, and delivery tracking using Azure DevOps
  • Manage and optimize ServiceNow workflows for incident, change, and request management
  • Partner with IT leadership, architects, and engineers to ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards
  • Maintain program artifacts including roadmaps, risks, dependencies, and status reporting
  • Drive continuous process improvement through metrics, retrospectives, and lessons learned
  • Coordinate vendors and external partners as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Agile certification (CSM or equivalent) preferred
  • PMP or PgMP certification a plus
  • 7+ years of program or project management experience, including infrastructure initiatives
  • Strong experience with agile delivery, Scrum practices, and hybrid methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and ServiceNow
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure domains (cloud, networking, servers, storage, security)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with cloud environments and ITIL frameworks preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
