Wage/Salary Range: $202K

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Serve as the single point of contact and primary interface to the Government for all contract‑related matters.
• Oversee the full contract lifecycle from initiation through closeout, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, cost, and performance objectives.
• Lead program planning activities including development of integrated master schedules, risk management plans, staffing plans, and program documentation.
• Manage technical, operational, and administrative activities associated with SATCOM systems, systems engineering, and complex multi‑agency programs.
• Coordinate program execution across cross‑functional teams including engineering, operations, subcontractors, and Government stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, government contract structures, reporting requirements, audit processes, and agency‑specific policies.
• Provide executive‑level briefings, financial status updates, and performance reports to Government leadership.
• Oversee documentation development including program plans, CDRLs, technical reports, and contract deliverables.
• Conduct field and onsite program reviews as required, supporting activities both in the office and in field environments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and risk mitigation across all program areas.
• Ensure all work adheres to quality standards and contractual service‑level agreements.
Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications
• Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Level of Experience Requirements: 10+ years of experience with SATCOM systems.
• 10+ years of systems development and engineering experience.
• 2 years of experience in a military environment.
• Experience leading multi‑agency or large‑scale DoD programs preferred.

• In‑depth knowledge of the satellite communications (SATCOM) market and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of government contract structures, execution processes, and compliance requirements.
• Highly developed written and oral communication skills.
• Strong documentation, technical writing, and reporting skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both in office environments and in field or operational settings.
• Ability to manage complex technical teams, budgets, schedules, and program risks.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance level required by the contract.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics
• Advanced knowledge of SATCOM systems engineering, deployment, testing, integration, and sustainment.
• Strong ability to interpret and apply FAR/DFARS, DoD policies, and agency‑specific regulations.
• Proficiency in program management principles including risk management, schedule management, and performance measurement.
• Ability to develop and present clear, concise executive‑level briefings.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across Government, industry partners, and internal teams.
• Strong analytical abilities, including problem‑solving, workflow analysis, and data interpretation.
• High level of adaptability, situational awareness, and decision‑making under operational constraints.
• Ability to mentor and lead diverse teams, including engineers, analysts, and subcontractor personnel.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
Preferred
• Master’s degree in business, Engineering, Systems Management, or related field.
• Experience managing multi‑agency portfolios, IDIQ/GWAC vehicles, and large federal programs.
• Experience with AI‑enabled automation, workflow optimization, and enterprise solutions integration.
• Certifications such as PMP, DAWIA/DAU certifications, Agile/Scrum training, or ISO/quality management credentials.
• Experience supporting Army or DoD SATCOM program offices or enterprise IT programs.
• Prior experience interfacing directly with high‑level Government stakeholders.

• Schedule and Flexibility:
• Standard full‑time schedule, with occasional overtime based on mission urgency.
• Travel required to Government sites, contractor facilities, or field locations.
• Flexibility required to support urgent tasking, high‑priority deliverables, and operational timelines.
Additional Qualifying Factors
As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain and maintain the appropriate clearance levels required and must also be able to obtain access to military installations.
Other Pertinent Work Details:
• Must be able to interface daily with Government personnel and stakeholders.
• Must adhere to all safety, security, and compliance requirements associated with DoD and federal programs.
• May require ability to obtain or maintain a security clearance depending on contract needs.
