Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:
" High School Diploma or equivalent
" Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a blender
" Follow all safety guidelines and processes (SOP)
" Possess minimum math skills
" Able to lift 55 lbs. consistently
" Be able to work in a hot and dusty environment
" Be able to operate a forklift safely

Responsibilities:
The Production Senior Operator will be using equipment to mix or blend raw materials according to specifications and have a wide range of responsibilities.
" Recording batch data such as ingredients used, and measurements taken during production
" Blending Batches and keeping a close eye to make sure the batch is uniform, using approved processes
" Preparing ingredients for use in products such as chemicals and pigments
" Weighing ingredients so that they exactly match the requirements of the product formulation.
" Cleaning equipment as required after use to prepare them for the next batch
" Taking samples of finished mixes for QA testing to ensure conformity of material
