Job Details
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help lead execution across our clients core
product area, including their satellite and terrestrial networks, developer platform, applications
and tools, and partner solutions. This role is about owning the “why” and the “what” of what they
build, driving clarity and momentum across engineering, design, and customer teams.
You’ll work closely with leaders across hardware, firmware, software, and customer success to
translate strategic goals into clear product plans and deliverables. This is a hands-on role for a
builder; someone who can move between technical detail, customer insight, and company
strategy without losing momentum.
Responsibilities
● Drive execution of roadmap initiatives within one or more product areas (Network
Services, Developer Platform, Applications & Tools, Partner Solutions)
● Translate strategy and technical requirements into actionable product specs, milestones,
and deliverables
● Partner closely with engineering and design to ensure quality and alignment from
concept to release
● Define and track success metrics tied to reliability, usability, adoption, and scale
● Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, partners, and internal teams to inform
priorities
● Collaborate with program management to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
● Communicate priorities, tradeoffs, and progress clearly across teams and leadership
Qualifications
● 5–10 years of product management experience in a technical domain (connectivity,
developer tools, IoT, or platform infrastructure)
● Proven ability to drive execution and ship products in cross-functional environments
● Strong technical fluency; comfort engaging with engineers across hardware, software,
embedded and cloud systems
● Experience writing product specs, defining roadmaps, and aligning diverse teams
● Customer-first mindset; proven ability to connect user pain points to technical solutions
● Excellent organizational and communication skills; thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced
settings
● Comfortable operating in early-stage start-up environments
● Entergetic, Hands-on, and resourceful
