Job Details
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the product lifecycle from concept to delivery, balancing business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, UI/UX, and international partners, to deliver high-quality products that solve complex supply chain challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and prioritize the product backlog using Jira, planning features across multiple releases annually and creating detailed specifications with clear requirements and acceptance criteria for developers.
Analyze and simulate customer part data, performing feature engineering and validation to enhance machine learning models supporting DDMRP supply chain management.
Conduct ETL processes on large datasets (millions of entries) via APIs, Excel, and Python to support data-driven product decisions and test patented methodologies.
Design and develop UI mockups and prototypes for new features using HTML, CSS, Python, and design tools such as Photoshop.
Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of 100+ internal and external support articles using Confluence.
Coordinate with global UI/UX, QA, Development, and Special Projects teams to ensure alignment with the product vision and timely delivery of features.
Qualifications:
5+ years of product management experience, preferably with B2B SaaS products.
Strong experience with supply chain management concepts, DDMRP, or related methodologies.
Hands-on experience with data analysis, ETL processes, and machine learning pipelines.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Excel, Python, and UI/UX prototyping tools.
Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with international and cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
