Senior Process Engineer – Beaumont, TX, Fulltime | Direct Hire
Pay Range: $150K–$175K, along with a competitive benefits package
Our client, a leader in environmental services and sustainable solutions, is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join their team at their facility in Beaumont, Texas. This is a high-impact role where you will lead complex process development initiatives, drive innovation, and support critical operations in incineration and waste processing systems.

What You’ll Do
Lead mid- to large-scale process development and commercialization projects from concept through execution
Drive implementation of new technologies and high-complexity improvements to existing incineration systems
Oversee daily processing plans and provide technical leadership to ensure safe and efficient operations
Identify production challenges and collaborate cross-functionally to implement effective solutions
Develop project justifications, including ROI analysis and commercialization strategies
Manage project scope, cost, staffing, and timelines using strong project management practices
Lead critical safety and compliance processes including MOCs, PHAs, and PSSRs
Provide expert technical support to operations, maintenance, and performance teams
Optimize waste stream processing and incineration feed strategies
Ensure compliance with environmental permits and safety regulations
Mentor team members, provide performance feedback, and reinforce a strong safety culture
Support business growth through market analysis and identification of new revenue opportunities
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
10+ years of process engineering experience OR 2–3 years in a senior-level role
Strong expertise in process optimization, data analysis, and implementation of improvements
Experience in hazardous waste or related industries preferred
Proven experience leading large capital projects and/or supervising teams
Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative approach
