Senior Process Engineer – Beaumont, TX, Fulltime | Direct Hire
Pay Range: $150K–$175K, along with a competitive benefits package

Our client, a leader in environmental services and sustainable solutions, is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join their team at their facility in Beaumont, Texas. This is a high-impact role where you will lead complex process development initiatives, drive innovation, and support critical operations in incineration and waste processing systems.

What You’ll Do

• Lead mid- to large-scale process development and commercialization projects from concept through execution

• Drive implementation of new technologies and high-complexity improvements to existing incineration systems

• Oversee daily processing plans and provide technical leadership to ensure safe and efficient operations

• Identify production challenges and collaborate cross-functionally to implement effective solutions

• Develop project justifications, including ROI analysis and commercialization strategies

• Manage project scope, cost, staffing, and timelines using strong project management practices

• Lead critical safety and compliance processes including MOCs, PHAs, and PSSRs

• Provide expert technical support to operations, maintenance, and performance teams

• Optimize waste stream processing and incineration feed strategies

• Ensure compliance with environmental permits and safety regulations

• Mentor team members, provide performance feedback, and reinforce a strong safety culture

• Support business growth through market analysis and identification of new revenue opportunities

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field

• 10+ years of process engineering experience OR 2–3 years in a senior-level role

• Strong expertise in process optimization, data analysis, and implementation of improvements

• Experience in hazardous waste or related industries preferred

• Proven experience leading large capital projects and/or supervising teams

• Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

• Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative approach
