The Senior Process Engineer will be the technical lead for a newly added manufacturing line. You will collaborate closely with operations, maintenance, engineering, and qualification teams to ensure processes meet rigorous performance and regulatory requirements.

Description

The Senior Process Engineer will report directly into the VP of Engineering and be responsible for:

  • Establish stable, repeatable, and efficient production on a newly installed manufacturing line.
  • Define and refine parameters (angle, carrier configuration, coverage, tension, PPI, etc.) to meet stringent performance requirements (pressure, impulse life, flexibility, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot directly on the production floor, partnering with operators and maintenance to improve equipment reliability and output.
  • Support or lead qualification testing, including proof, burst, impulse, temperature cycling, and other validation activities.
  • Ensure processes comply with all applicable quality, regulatory, and customer standards.
  • Provide technical leadership across manufacturing, engineering, and new product development.

Profile

    • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
    • 7-10+ years in high-spec manufacturing environments.
    • Deep understanding of reinforcement design and its impact on performance.
    • Proven success developing manufacturing documentation and standard work.
    • Experience supporting or leading product qualification or validation testing.
    • Strong shop‑floor troubleshooting skills and a collaborative working style.
