Senior Plant Manager

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Senior Plant Manager for a food manufacturing facility in Nashville, TN area!

Responsibilities:

• Provide full oversight of plant operations and all related responsibilities.
• Drive continuous improvement in product quality, operational efficiency, and food safety.
• Ensure strict adherence to Food Safety, QA, SQF, and OSHA standards.
• Lead cross‑functional coordination with Production, Logistics, Procurement, and Sales to meet customer requirements.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for significant USDA and FDA matters.

• Align Production, QA, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to achieve overall plant objectives.
• Build, develop, and sustain a qualified management team to support plant operations.
• Maintain and enforce finished product specifications.
• Track, report, and achieve performance targets established by key KPIs.
• Assume Director of Operations responsibilities when required.
• Enforce all GMP and PPE policies in accordance with company standards.
• Enforce all company safety rules and regulatory requirements.
• Carry out and enforce any additional duties assigned by the President.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 10+ years experience in senior management
• Previous largescale foodservice experience required
• Previous experience managing a P&L required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
