Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide planning and scheduling expertise to all project teams and functional disciplines. This role involves developing comprehensive implementation strategies and incorporating deliverables into project schedules. The position is based in Lake Buena Vista, FL, a vibrant area known for its dynamic business environment and cultural attractions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project life cycle and master schedules.
  • Integrate all schedules, including design disciplines, vendors, production, and construction, to provide a comprehensive project perspective.
  • Monitor and evaluate risks, presenting recovery and mitigation plans to support turnover and opening schedules.
  • Perform earned value analysis when required.
  • Provide progress reports and management presentations as appropriate.
  • Report to the Executive Project Controls.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in planning and scheduling within a project environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate project risks.
  • Experience with earned value analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Duration - Up to 18 months
