Position Title: Senior Physician Assistant

Overview
Our client, a recognized leader in occupational health services, is seeking an experienced and compassionate PA to join their clinical team in a senior capacity. This role is ideal for a seasoned provider with 5+ years of clinical experience who is passionate about workforce health and capable of delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Lead patient evaluations and compile comprehensive medical histories
- Order and interpret advanced diagnostic tests (e.g., X-rays, EKGs, labs)
- Perform complex procedures including injections, suturing, wound care, and immunizations
- Develop and oversee treatment plans, ensuring continuity and quality of care
- Mentor junior clinical staff and contribute to training initiatives
- Educate patients on health maintenance and compliance
- Maintain accurate, timely, and secure documentation
- Support clinical policy development and quality improvement efforts
- Deliver exceptional patient and client service aligned with organizational values
- Adapt to evolving clinic needs and contribute to operational excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field
- Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program
- Active state licensure and board certification
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in occupational or urgent care settings
- DEA and FMCSA NRCME certification (CME provided if needed)
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
