Senior Payroll or Payroll Specialist

- Process payroll accurately and on time, including reviewing timesheets, deductions, and adjustments for assigned brands
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and company policies
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries while maintaining confidentiality
- Support payroll audits and process improvements
- Assist with documentation of payroll procedures
- Help with year-end processing, including W-2 balancing
- Perform payroll analytics and handle payment reversals and reissues
- Partner with Finance to resolve general ledger questions
- Mentor junior payroll staff and provide guidance on best practices
- Maintain accurate payroll records and support internal and external audits
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred; CPP preferred
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience
- Experience with ADP or Paylocity preferred
- Multi-state payroll experience with strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and FLSA compliance
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
