Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to oversee and execute end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for employees. This role involves managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, leading payroll initiatives, and collaborating with HR and Finance teams to optimize payroll efficiency.\n\nResponsibilities:\nProcess payroll accurately and on time, including salaries, bonuses, benefits, and deductions^Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations^Conduct regular payroll audits to maintain accuracy and compliance^Develop, implement, and improve payroll processes, policies, and systems^Collaborate with HR and Finance to resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries^Prepare and distribute payroll reports, including year-end filings (e.g., W-2)^Lead and support payroll team members, providing guidance and oversight^Analyze payroll data to identify trends and improve operational efficiency^Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and payroll data
