Senior Payroll Administrator

Company is a large $1B global publicly traded manufacturer/distributor located in the northwest suburbs. The company has multiple locations and sales centers around the country and this Senior Payroll Administrator position will be approximately 85% payroll related and 15% benefits related items The organization is the best in class company in their line of business and industry sector.

Senior Payroll Administrator

• Generating payroll for up to 1000 employees and administering benefits
• The Senior Payroll Administrator will be responsible for processing both bi weekly and hourly payrolls.
• Entering benefit expenses for car reimbursement using a 3^rd party system
• Payroll will be processed using ADP Workforce Now,

• Seeking 3+years’ experience and Bachelor’s Degree or Associates is preferred
• The Senior Payroll Administrator will be responsible for Payroll audits/cross checks for related payroll processing items
• The Senior Payroll Administrator will be responsible for Expatriate payroll processing, pay statement, fringe benefit and rebill management
• Support all company related processing’s for payroll and benefits
• Various quarterly, monthly, and biweekly Comp & Benefit report creations
