Salary:$60,000–$85,000 base + annual bonus | Full-Time | Coraopolis, PA

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage biweekly payroll for corporate and operating entities
• Assist with 401(k) administration, payroll deductions, and payroll troubleshooting
• Handle corporate accounts payable, invoice approvals, and account coding
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and assist with financial statements
• Support audits, banking activity, expense reports, and general office administration

Qualifications:

• Payroll and general accounting experience in a hands-on environment
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
• Comfortable working independently in a small, fast-moving organization
