About the Role

We’re hiring aClinical Site Supervisor at a competitive salaryto lead day-to-day operations at our Pennsylvania clinic. This role is ideal for a licensed clinician with leadership experience and a strong background in behavioral health services. You'll oversee staff performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support clinical excellence by supervising therapy services and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

●        Supervise therapy staff, assign caseloads, and provide regular performance evaluations

●        Interview, recommend, and onboard new hires

●        Conduct clinical chart audits and ensure documentation compliance

●        Provide psychotherapy services, including individual, group, and family therapy

●        Monitor staff development, in-service training, and licensure supervision

●        Respond to critical incidents, accidents, and grievances

●        Represent the outpatient program on internal committees and community networks

●        Ensure adherence to policies, licensing regulations, and funding requirements

●        Prepare and submit administrative reports related to staffing, billing, and quality measures
 

Required Qualifications

●        Master’s degree in Psychology, Clinical Social Work, Counseling, or related field

●        Minimum of 3 years of experience in behavioral health

●        Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

●        One (1) year of supervisory experience

●        Active professional licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.)
