Job Title: Senior Oracle EPM Analyst

Location (city, state): Houston, TX (Onsite 5 days/week)

Compensation: $140,000 annually

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance/Accounting, Computer Science, Math, or a related field—or equivalent job experience
• Minimum 2 successful implementations of Oracle PBCS and FCCS
• Demonstrated experience in budgeting/forecasting, financial close, master data management, narrative reporting, and KPI development
• Hands-on experience in EPM configuration, data integration, business rules, security, and reporting tools

Job Description:

The Senior Oracle EPM Analyst will collaborate closely with Accounting and Finance departments to deliver and support Oracle EPM-based financial solutions. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage projects across Oracle’s suite of Enterprise Performance Management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Oracle EPM, ensuring reliable operation, security, and performance
• Perform metadata changes and custom logic development using business rules and calculation scripts
• Deliver user training and documentation for Oracle Financial Close, PBCS, SmartView, and Narrative Reporting
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and Smart View templates
• Support system integration with existing financial processes
• Lead implementation of cloud EPM security standards and participate in testing new Oracle releases
• Troubleshoot technical issues and manage vendor/Oracle support interactions
• Act as project manager for finance-related EPM initiatives
