| 8 | Job Description | Provide enterprise-level Oracle database administration and development support across GPO's systems, ensuring the integrity, performance, and availability of Oracle databases and related components such as MySQL and PostgreSQL. Core Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain Oracle databases in production and development environments. Manage database performance tuning, backup/recovery, patching, and migration. Support schema design, PL/SQL development, and database security compliance. Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to optimize Oracle environments. Respond to user support requests and assist in Oracle-related troubleshooting. Support Requests for Change (RFCs) and system maintenance activities. Deliver weekly support activity reports documenting progress and issues. | ||||||||
| 9 | Skill set info | Minimum 8 years of experience as an Oracle Database Administrator in enterprise or federal environments. Expertise in Oracle RAC, PL/SQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
