About Us
AGE Solutions is looking for a Senior Network Infrastructure Operations Manager (RCDD Required) to join our team in support of our DoD customer to lead the design, operation, and protection of mission-critical communications environments. We are seeking a highly experienced RCDD-certified professional to manage secure technology control facilities supporting high-visibility missions. This role is ideal for an infrastructure leader with deep experience in secure communications, regulated environments, and technical team leadership.
Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain the operational readiness of secure communications and technology control facilities
- Lead and supervise technical teams supporting mission-critical network and crypto transmission systems
- Oversee infrastructure including switches, encryption technologies, network operations consoles, and circuits
- Direct Tier 2 Tech Control / Helpdesk operations, including incident response and service restoration
- Coordinate troubleshooting, restoration, and reporting to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Communicate clearly and effectively with senior and executive leadership
- Apply IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices across incident, change, problem, and configuration management
Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field
- Required Certification(s):
- Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification
- Required Experience:
- 5+ years of experience managing and/or operating secure or regulated technology environments
- Required Clearance:
- Active DoD Top Secret clearance; SCI eligible
- Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Demonstrated experience maintaining secure facilities and controlled communications infrastructure
- Proven ability to lead technical teams in environments similar in size and complexity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Compensation: $130,000+
