Senior Network Engineer

Mandatory Requirements (All Are Required – No Exceptions):

• Location: Must be available to work on-site in Orlando, FL
• Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Certifications (All Must Be Active):
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
  • CompTIA Security+
  • CompTIA Network+ CE
  • ISC2 CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Experience:
  • 5–7+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering.
  • Proven experience with LAN/WAN architecture, IP routing, VPN, DNS, VLAN, and wireless networks.
  • Hands-on support experience with Industrial Control Networks (ICNs) including:
    • CCTV Systems (e.g., Pelco)
    • Access Control Systems (e.g., AMAG)
    • Building Automation (e.g., JCI Metasys)
  • Familiarity with NIST SP 800-171 Rev. 3 and federal cybersecurity protocols.
  • Experience supporting federal, compliance-driven environments, ideally in VA or healthcare settings.
  • Ability to lead or assist in multi-site connectivity deployments, vendor coordination, and documentation.

• Soft Skills:
  • Strong documentation skills (IP planning, DNS, telecom closet configuration, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to supervise contractors and contribute during planning sessions.
