Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Network and Computer Systems Administrator.

Responsibilities:

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assist in the technical planning, support, deployment, implementation and maintenance of B-2 SPO Information Technology (IT) components and systems. This includes, but not limited to, end item, server and infrastructure upgrades, patches and system/parts replacements at all B-2 SPO designated locations.
  • Provide technician-level support for B-2 SPO end users. Support shall include assisting B-2 system administrators in the installation, monitoring and maintenance of end-user desktop and laptop devices.
  • The Contractor shall work with B-2 Information Systems Security Officers (ISSOs) to ensure the proper implementation of security controls utilizing automated or manual verification methods.
  • Contractor will identify and resolve computer and information system security issues as requested and support the development of documentation required to obtain an Authority to Operate (ATO) for components under their purview.
  • Provide technical support and administration of the B-2 SPO management software system. Support shall include management and update of SAP facility drawings, facility capacity planning and support of data calls from Tinker AFB.
  • The Contractor shall deliver a status report on a monthly basis.
  • The Contractor shall be required to travel periodically to B-2 enterprise locations as part of this contract. Locations include, but are not limited to, Whiteman AFB, MO; Palmdale, CA; San Diego, CA; El Segundo, CA; Livermore, CA; Colorado Springs, CO; Edwards AFB, CA; Hill AFB, UT; Wright-Patterson AFB, OH; Eglin AFB, FL; Owego, NY; Binghampton, NY; Melbourne, FL; and Barksdale AFB, LA. Travel will be expensed as an Other Direct Cost (ODC) to the contract.
Qualifications:

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to clearly and concisely articulate technical matters to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to multitask and work under time constraints Great relationship building skills, tenacity, resilience, presentation skills, and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and set priorities

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6+ years of related experience.
  • Must have a TOP SECRET security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field.
