The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with a passion for creating engaging motion content that resonates with audiences and fulfills business goals. In this role, you will collaborate across multiple teams and verticals to create stunning visual assets for B2B video content, leadership-led events, and compelling campaigns for advertisers and partners.Responsibilities:Creative Collaboration: Work closely with Art Directors, Designers, and Copywriters to deliver on-brand video solutions that address specific business objectives.End-to-End Production: Storyboard, design, animate, and edit high-quality video content for leadership events, marketing demos, eLearning, and digital campaigns.AI Integration: Proactively leverage AI video tools (e.g., Gemini, Runway, Pika, Adobe Firefly, Kling) to enhance workflow efficiency and incorporate innovative techniques into content creation.Brand Consistency: Ensure all motion graphics and visual assets are optimized for various devices and platforms while maintaining strict brand standards for both internal and partner brands.Strategic Design: Align motion graphics with business and advertising KPIs to ensure elevated creativity and measurable impact.File Management: Maintain organized, compliant project files to enable seamless collaboration and workflow efficiency. Qualifications:Experience: 6+ years of professional experience as a motion designer or in creative video development, preferably within omni-channel retail or advertising.Education: Bachelor's degree (BA/BFA) in design, animation, film, or a related field preferred.Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator).Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in video editing, special effects, 3D design, animation, and compositing.AI Literacy: Familiarity with AI video tools such as Runway, Kling, Pika, Adobe Firefly, and Adobe Express is highly desirable.Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion design, animation principles, and storytelling.JOBID: -012026-121561#PLEqual Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
