**Primary Responsibilities:**

- Develop, sustain, and guide the strategic path for production scheduling that align with $70M annual revenue, all while keeping inventory levels in check.
- Execute and oversee the SAP-based Production Control Schedule aiming to fulfill various strategic goals including customer demand, timely deliveries, and inventory management.
- Drive scheduling processes for assigned sectors, meticulously assess performance indicators, and ensure alignment with forecasts.
- Operate as a pivotal agent of the global SIOP, translating demand forecasts into actionable production and procurement plans.
- Synchronize efforts with customers and internal teams to stabilize projections and synchronize deliveries.
- Oversee supply chain effectiveness, meticulously evaluating supplier metrics and fortifying supplier ties.
- Propel continuous enhancements such as Lean and Kaizen initiatives to streamline processes and diminish lead times.
- Evaluate plant-wide manufacturing capacity, proposing staffing solutions and expansive capacity strategies.
- Foster new product introductions and maintain data integrity to support accurate MRP functionalities.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in disciplines such as Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or similar, or substantial relevant experience.
- Over 4 years in master planning within a high-variation, low-volume setting, preferably managing streams surpassing $50M.
- Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems with a preference for SAP adeptness.
- In-depth knowledge of MRP operations, BOMs, routings, and capacity strategies.
- Strong analytical prowess, with superior capabilities in Excel and industry-standard planning technologies.
- Experience influencing and engaging with multifunctional teams and external partners.
- Remarkable organizational acumen for prioritizing tasks in a dynamic setting.

**Valued Skills:**

- Proficiency in lean manufacturing tools, scheduling software, and APS systems.
- Certifications like APICS/CPIM are a plus.
- Understanding of change management, new product development, and lifecycle processes.
