Job Details
We are in search of a dynamic, innovative, and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our marketing initiatives, driving our brand strategy, and creating engaging content for digital media. With a focus on home goods and furniture, the Senior Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving our business growth and enhancing our brand presence in the market. This is a permanent role that provides an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where new ideas are encouraged and collaboration is key.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our company goals and objectives.
2. Drive brand strategy, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing initiatives and communications.
3. Create engaging, compelling content for various digital platforms to attract and retain customers.
4. Oversee the marketing of our home goods and furniture lines, identifying new market opportunities and trends.
5. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategy alignment and execution.
6. Monitor and analyze performance metrics, and adjust marketing plans as needed.
7. Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring all marketing activities are on-brand and on-budget.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies to keep our brand at the forefront of the engineering industry.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the engineering, home goods, or furniture industries.
3. Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
4. Exceptional knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
5. Strong understanding of brand strategy and ability to drive brand growth and visibility.
6. Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
7. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret marketing data and metrics.
8. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
9. Proficient in using marketing software and online applications.
10. Highly creative, with a strategic mindset and a passion for staying on top of industry trends and market dynamics.
