Schwab’s Workplace Services (WS) team is responsible for serving the client’s needs across our Retirement Plan Services, Stock Plan Services, and Designated Brokerage Services businesses.

The Financial Wellness Offer Manager is responsible for defining and driving the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution for the full spectrum of financial support available to Workplace Services participants. The Financial Wellness Offer Manager leads cross-functional teams, influences strategy, and ensures offerings deliver measurable improvements in participant financial wellbeing while strengthening employer relationships and business growth.

You will report to the Director of Integrated Benefits Offer Manager and serve as the primary champion for financial wellness collaborating across the firm to organize, package and maintain the offer. This role is an individual contributor. 

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the long-term vision and multi-year roadmap for financial wellness solutions.

• Conduct research to understand customer pain points and root causes, translating insights into experience enhancements.

• Design and launch new products and enhancements informed by customer research, data analytics, behavioral insights, and competitive benchmarking.

• Develop and refine pricing strategies and market positioning to maximize competitive advantage and market penetration.

• Prospect, client and industry external presentations serving as the SME, clearly articulating the financial wellness value proposition to internal and external stakeholders.

• Partner and influence across the firm to activate roadmap deliverables on time and within scope.

• Partner with Finance and Strategy teams to build business cases, financial models, forecasts, and ROI analyses for product/offer investments.

• Oversee vendor partners and contracts to ensure performance, compliance, risk management, and alignment with strategic objectives and experience standards.

• Establish KPI frameworks, reporting practices, and maintain key product/offer artifacts aligned with product management discipline.

Required qualifications:

• Proven track record of influencing without authority and leading cross-functional teams.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including the ability to succinctly synthesize data/research, develop recommendations, create presentations, and share with key stakeholders including executives.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and the ability to quickly adjust to changes in priorities.

• At least 7 years of experience in product/offer management, business strategy, or client experience.

• Financial services experience.

• Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Workplace experience strongly preferred.
