Primary Purpose The Senior Manager, Marketing support the marketing execution across Veridix, Emmes' AI-driven clinical technology platform, with an initial emphasis on OptymEdge / Acuvera . This role is responsible for building market awareness, driving qualified pipeline, and establishing Emmes' technology offerings as differentiated, scalable solutions within the CRO and life sciences technology markets.

This individual will own integrated go-to-market initiatives that span intelligent document authoring, data management, biostatistics, EDC, trial orchestration, and TA-specific front-end workflows. The role requires translating complex, technical and clinical capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions tailored to pharmaceutical, biotech, and emerging biotech sponsors.

The Senior Manager, Marketing will identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics across AI-enabled clinical operations and TA-led delivery models. Responsibilities include supporting product and platform launches, defining positioning and messaging, developing thought leadership and educational content, and executing demand-generation programs aligned to revenue objectives. This role partners closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to support solution-led and account-based selling motions. Key responsibilities include sales enablement, campaign design and execution, lead qualification in collaboration with Business Development, and ongoing reporting on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and market feedback to inform continuous optimization.
Responsibilities

Identify communication needs and opportunities, and create strategies to fulfill these and reflect the company position.Create and execute specific marketing plan for Veridix platform components Work alongside marketing team to implement campaigns and achieve key objectives and KPI's.Ensure timely reporting on success of activities, feeding insights and recommendations into future planning.Manage marketing resources, including selection and development, whilst balancing the utilization of in-house and external resources.Inform marketing objectives and develop campaign and content plans to deliver these and strengthen customer centricity through different marketing channels.Manage tradeshow objectives alongside Events CoordinatorAssist with corporate presentations and marketing material while ensuring they meet the Emmes brand identity strategy* Write content for both print and web as needed* Support the planning and implementation of the marketing and communications strategiesSupport the evaluation, implementation, and continuous improvement of marketing processes to drive effectiveness and efficiency.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations or in a related field required5-10+ years' experience in a related marketing role, preferably within a global health, clinical research, biotechnology, or life sciences environment preferred 3+ years working within Clinical Research.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePointDeep understanding of marketing automation software such as Hubspot, or Marketo. Excellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge and understanding of scientific and research terminology in written communication materials desired Ability to manage multiple projects at once with strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skillsUnderstanding and familiarity with industry related conferences and workshopsStrong knowledge of social media channels and technologyThis position involves -10% travel to potential and current conference locations.
