Job Description:
Join our dynamic team in New York, NY, as a full-time Senior Manager in Consumer Technology.
You will lead efforts to enhance product efficiency and innovation, working closely with teams to drive global technology advancements.
This role requires expertise in advanced business systems and data integration.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the capture and analysis of local business process data to enhance technology products.
Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring prompt resolution of incidents and issues.
Coordinate change management activities to facilitate local adoption of global products.
Gather and report on metrics to evaluate product value at the regional level.
Collaborate with key users and product teams to align solutions with business needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or MBA with specialization in a related field.
7 years of experience in business stakeholder management and demand evaluation.
7 years of experience in cross-functional project and resource management.
Intermediate knowledge of advertising and promotion planning processes (2-3 years).
Understanding of agile principles and IT product management (2-3 years).
