Senior Litigation Support Paralegal

Well-established, mid-sized law firm in Los Angeles seeks a highly proactive Senior-level Litigation Support Paralegal to partner with the firm’s litigation and trial practice as well as serving as the firm’s e-discovery platform administrator. Paralegal will manage and oversee all aspects of the litigation process through trial and appeals and handle the administration and application of litigation support software. Paralegal must be knowledgeable and experienced regarding Federal and State Court rules and procedures, case preparation and management, legal research, drafting, cite-checking, supporting depositions and hearings, e-filing protocols, and trial and appeals preparation. Paralegal will act as the Subject Matter Expert and go to for all e-discovery and litigation support needs at the firm. This will include processing and exporting data, document productions, and liaising with internal and external clients and vendors. A Bachelor's degree along with a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program or signed 6450 Declaration is required. Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite, litigation support platforms, Westlaw, PACER, ECF, document management systems, docketing and AI systems is needed.
