Global top tier law firm seeks a highly proactive and strategically focused senior-level Legal Executive Assistant for its Houston office. Sr. Executive Assistant will provide a key partner with complex practice coordination and leadership committee support as well as backup support to the executive assistant and administrative assistant teams across the firm. Interested candidates will be experienced in supporting senior partners and/or executives at the C-level or similar with demonstrated success engaging on a strategic level to drive business practices forward. This role is ideal for forward thinking candidates who take charge of responsibilities on a deeper level, act as the right-hand person to their executive, and fully utilize their proactive and critical thinking abilities. This role will be client facing with heavy client communications, business development activities, and event coordination and support. Additionally, this role is ideal for candidates who prefer to work at the office on a full-time basis and who are amenable to providing support afterhours and on weekends as needed. Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and stellar verbal and written communication skills. A minimum of 8-10 years of executive assistant experience at the C-suite level in a law firm or large professional services company required. Must have advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint, be tech-savvy, and a quick learner with new software and technology tools and platforms.
