Will Do: The Senior Learning Experience Designer for Applied Equipment
will play a pivotal role in advancing Johnson Controls' mission by
leading the design, coordination and delivery of training programs for
our partners, agents and customers. This role is responsible for program
management of the applied equipment training portfolio ensuring our
external audiences gain the technical knowledge, business skills and
confidence to represent Johnson Controls effectively. In this role, you
will partner with key stakeholders across the business to plan, develop,
and deliver impactful training solutions, measure their effectiveness,
and foster a culture continuous improvement. This includes designing and
facilitating both technical and business skills training as well as
creating new content to meet the evolving business needs. How You Will
Do It: Serve as the program manager for applied equipment training
programs, overseeing end-to-end planning, delivery and evaluation.
Manage learning program logistics and communications, including class
rosters, scheduling, budgeting, facilitator coordination, and
stakeholder updates for high-impact learning initiatives. Maintain and
