Description
• Possess a technical background with retail systems and understands retail and e-commerce processes.
• Analyze business needs and create IT concepts for new processes and solutions.
• Resolve application, software, and connectivity issues.
• Support retail business processes focused on front- and backend applications.
• Participate in international IT projects related to retail.
Key Responsibilities
• Understand and support retail business processes.
• Gather and document business requirements and process changes.
• Integrate and implement new processes into existing systems.
• Support formal testing for system modifications and fixes.
• Manage and monitor system communication interfaces.
• Create and edit training documentation.
• Provide end-user and internal training.
Qualifications
• 5 years' experience in similar roles.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to internal customers and IT management.
• Experience in supporting and configuring retail point of service systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
• Willingness to occasionally travel internationally with a valid passport.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
