This is a newly created role built to give one person full ownership of inventory and cost accounting. Key Responsibilities

• Own inventory accounting and controls, including costing, landed cost, reserves, COGS, and inventory roll forwards

• Partner with distribution teams and third-party logistics providers to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies

• Lead cycle counts and physical inventory processes, identifying and correcting variances

• Utilize NetSuite to build saved searches, extract data, and improve reporting visibility

• Analyze large data sets in Excel to strengthen processes and enhance inventory accuracy

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience with significant inventory accounting exposure in CPG, manufacturing, or retail environments

• Strong NetSuite experience, including saved searches and reporting functionality

• Advanced Excel skills with experience managing and analyzing large data sets
