Our client is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer and Content Operations Manager to support their Worldwide Sustainability team, focusing on Human Rights and Social Impact.
This individual will lead a full content audit, identify risk-aligned gaps, and develop scalable, outcomes-driven training content for global supplier compliance. This resource owns the end-to-end lifecycle: audit, analysis, instructional design, content development, measurement, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
Must be able to accommodate meetings between 5-7 pm PT.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Library Audit
- Review client's current Human Rights & Social Impact learning library.
- Identify content gaps using risk data and supplier audit findings.
- Recommend prioritization and content roadmap.
Instructional Design & Content Development
- Create learning experiences aligned to the Kirkpatrick Model.
- Build e-learning modules using Articulate 360.
- Develop supporting assets (job aids, facilitator guides, assessments, microlearning, refreshers).
- Ensure content aligns with legal/compliance requirements and Amazon editorial standards.
Measurement & Reporting
- Define KPIs to evaluate training effectiveness and outcomes.
- Use learner data, testing, and feedback loops to optimize training.
Program & Stakeholder Management
- Independently manage timelines, milestones, and handoffs.
- Facilitate global stakeholder reviews (including Asia-based teams).
- Deliver final documentation, knowledge transfer, and ongoing updates.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 7- 10+ years instructional design experience, preferably in compliance, human rights, ESG, or corporate training.
- Expertise with Articulate 360 and modern learning experience design.
- Strong writing, editing, and structural content development background.
- Ability to interpret risk data and translate it into training solutions.
- Familiarity with learning measurement frameworks (Kirkpatrick Levels 1-4).
- Experience building metadata-driven content catalogs.
- Native-level English proficiency.
